How It Works

1. Complete the skin questionnaire — tell us about your concern, skin type, medical history, current routine, and allergies.
2. Share photos on WhatsApp (optional) — front, right-side, left-side, and close-up, in daylight, without makeup, filters, or flash.
3. Dermatologist review — your information (and photos, if shared) are reviewed before a customized formula is recommended.
4. Receive your personalized routine, which may include a Customized Serum, Customized Cream, Customized Lotion, or Customized Scalp Serum/Lotion.
5. Follow-up and progress review — sharing updated photos after 4, 8, and 12 weeks helps us review your routine, though this step is optional.
